Behind Sensible Avenue is Kais Al Ahmad, a seasoned entrepreneur and visionary leader. His journey began in Ottawa, where he managed one of the city’s largest commercial cleaning businesses and explored ventures from clothing stores and coffee shops to delivery solutions and grocery outlets. Later, in Dubai, he partnered with his family and government agencies to lead high‑stakes projects in labour facilitation and visa processing service centers, IT infrastructure, and e‑government solutions—advising ministries, airports, and institutions while managing thousands of workers with a commitment to fairness and transparency.
Resilience defines Kais’s leadership. After personal losses, he chose to remain in Ottawa with a renewed mission: to build businesses that prioritize integrity, transparency, and peace of mind. That mission lives through Sensible Avenue, a company rooted in common‑sense e‑governance, cutting‑edge technology, and customer‑and‑worker‑first principles.
