Every new customer who books with your code saves on their first cleaning — and you’re paid for sending them.

• Their discount: $4.90/hr off their whole first booking — $40.10/hr instead of $45.
• Your commission: A percentage of the cleaning price (before tax) of each referred customer’s first completed booking. Your rate is confirmed when you’re approved.
• Paid automatically: Through Stripe, about 7 days after the referred cleaning is completed.
• Tracked in the app: Your referrals, pending and paid commissions in one place.
• Free to join: No fees, no minimums.

If people come to you for a recommendation, your code turns that recommendation into income.

• Realtors & property managers: Move-in, move-out and turnover cleans for your clients and tenants.
• Airbnb hosts & co-hosts: Point fellow hosts to reliable, camera-verified turnovers.
• Movers, stagers & renovators: The clean that comes before or after your job.

• Who can join: Individuals 18 or older and businesses in Canada; approval is at our discretion.
• New customers only: Codes work for first-time Sensible Avenue customers, once per customer — never on your own bookings.
• What counts: No commission on bookings that are cancelled, refunded or disputed. Taxes, extra time, live-video fees and tips aren’t included.
• Promote honestly: No spam (follow Canada’s anti-spam law, CASL), no misleading claims, and no bidding on “Sensible Avenue” in search ads.
