Body Camera Live Feed & Recording: $2.25 per operational hour (added to final invoice)

Billing Rule: Any additional time beyond the booked minimum is auto-charged to the card on file.

Premium monthly subscription for recurring general-labour support with minute-level billing and compliance-grade transparency.

Minimum Commitment: 3 hours per month (first 3 hours charged in advance)
Subsequent Visits: Charged automatically upon completion
Tracking: Billed per minute after the initial 3-hour minimum

Cancellation Policy: If the 3-hour monthly minimum is not met, the subscription is cancelled with no fees.

3. On-Fixed Services (Premium Monthly Fixed-Schedule Support)

Premium monthly plans for clients requiring consistent, fixed-schedule assistance delivered across Ottawa with strict operational compliance.

Hourly Rate: $38 per hour
Minimum Booking: 3 hours per visit
Monthly Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per month

Standard Cancellation: Requires 3 days’ notice. (Subscription cancels with no fees if monthly minimum is not met).

Role: Sensible Avenue acts as a secure payment gateway and mediator between contractor companies and the client.
Billing Rules: Payments are securely held and only released to the contractor when predefined milestones are met.
Payment Options: Milestone advance payments (E-transfer/cheque) or weekly milestone auto-withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Body Camera Access: Optional, separate fee. Provided directly by the contractor or via Sensible Avenue field teams.
